A park with a view...

The kids dragged me along to the skatepark last weekend to show me their moves. The skatepark is up a hill above a golf driving range and has a great view. This part of the view shows the location of the kids old preschool.

There was one young kid at the park that blew me, and Aidan, away with his moves. It won't be long before Aidan is attempting...

Baseball Birthday Party

At the tail end of our Spring Break week, we attended a birthday party for our friend Z. It was at the park and they played baseball on the big field. They loved it.

They also loved the pinata. I particularly like the picture of Aidan stuffing his pockets with the loot...

Heavenly Snow

Since the kids had spring break this week, Euan took a couple days off and we headed up to Tahoe. Though there wasn't any snow at our cabin (except for a few snow flurries the second day), we headed 6 miles away to Heavenly. And it was...


Very excited children who were well-dressed for the occasion thanks to Ben and neighbor/friend Z.

We thought they'd be nervous to try and the tubing. Especially, after they saw the operators testing it out. But they never hesitated for a minute. They were the littlest ones going down and they loved every minute of it.

The rest of our Easter Day

The rest of our Easter Day started with Brunch and Papa's and J's.

It's amazing the change you can get in just a couple of hours. We reached Tahoe in the late afternoon and had Pizza for our Easter Dinner.
